Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VICI finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Please note that all sale items marked 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued via email.
